- Lathing, waterproofing with self adhering membrane /caulk with sealant/ adhesive for all windows & doors and unprotected areas of distress. Stucco edge metals are made of galvanized, aluminum, copper stucco grounds and channels. Double black paper or Tyvek, lath wiring, corner aids for all shapes and sizes to meet all your specific needs for custom residential and commercial or remodel additions in accordance with specifications and plans or architect designs.
- Traditional application of stucco lath occurs in three coats: scratch coat, brown coat and finish coat. The two base coats of plaster are either hand–applied or machine spayed: the finish coat can be troweled, smooth, hand-textured, floated to a sand finish or sprayed matching textured old or new. Santa Barbara finish etc. In either case all windows, doors, floors and other areas must be protected with plastic and tape, black paper etc. to insure a clean professional job.
There are assorted colors for the final exterior layer typically (1/8) thick or a custom color can be made.
- Acrylic finish is an acrylic-base it can be applied in many ways. Its stretch and bridge over cracks when applied right. Almost in every color.
- Foam details; highest quality architectural accent for exterior. Flat trims, deco trims, sills, keystones, quoins, cornices, corbels & brackets shutters, faux vents, arches columns, post caps and wall caps.
